yes i have replaced this bar several times an it just keeps goin bad is there something makin this happen other than just bad parts

What do you mean by bad? dose it break? what is happening?

the bushing is rubber n it has sloppy play n it when i turn the whell it move back in forth n pops just changes month ago n b4 that the last1 i changed lasted 3or4 mo.

Use quality bushes and get an alignment check done, this will pick up any problem with the front end, start here.
