1998 Jeep Cherokee Timing the engine

I'm replacing the engine in my 1998 jeep cherokee with a used engine. How do u time the engine to work right?

Timing is not adjustable controled by PCM. Did you install an 98 engine? Use old ingition , manifold and injectors? Has distributor been moved?
