1998 Jeep Cherokee Tighten drive belt tensioner

I keep getting belt squealing noises when the weather is damp or wet out, the belt and tensioner are fairly new and the noise does clear up usually after driving awhile or if engine area or the weather dries up. How do you adjust or tighten the drive belt tensioner to snug up the drive belt??
