less than a year ago i replaced my fuel pump and fuel pump relay and still to this day lose pressure n my tank and it takes two cranks to start. the first crank lasting on average 7 sec. and the second crank being normal. sidenote is when i get gas it starts up like brand new when i leave the gas station. im hoping that my starter wont go out due to the excessive work.

you may have a bad fuel pressure regulator thats allowing the pressure to bleed down either that or a bad check valve on the fuel pump
