1998 Jeep Cherokee Serpentine belt

early saturday the temp was 32 degrees, that morning the vehicle overheated. on monday the serpentine belt was thrown off, it will not stay on after several attempts. The radiator is leaking. The fan pulley is not straight in comparison with the other jeep we looked at. So the belt isnt on straight. We are replacing the radiator, what are we missng?

If the fan pulley is not aligned with the rest of the pulleys, it may have overheated due to a fualty waterpump...a pressure test will reveal any leak at the pump, it usually leaks from a small hole in the bottom of the pump, if you look real good around that area, you might see a white water trail which is evidence of the leak.
