1998 Jeep Cherokee radiater drain plug....headlight plastic

Hello, I have two questions (1) location of the radiater drain plug...(2) the plastic headlight lens have turned yello greatly reducing the headlight power, can they be replaced, can they be replaced with glass lens?? Thank you CM

the drain plug if equiped would be on the lower eather right or left ends of radiator if not then you have to remove lower hose as for the head lights the have to be replaced as a unit the lenses are not replaceable replacement head lights run about $150-$200 each unless you can find in junk yard they run about $50-$75
