1998 Jeep Cherokee Oil in water

1998 Jeep Cherokee 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive

I had a cracked head and replaced it. I also changed the oil. After running it for10 minutes the oil became slightly milky. Could this be from bad oil/water that was still in the engine and I should just change the oil and filter again to see if it clears up? or could it be a deeper problem?

yes change the oil and see if it clears up if not start looking into it further
