Switching to low beams often results in sudden and complete darkness. Scarry! Is this the subject of Recall campaign 04v086000 as mentioned in your answer to Chanute, KS, 2005-02-18? Thanks friends.

The recall you mentioned is only for Honda Insight, not for your Jeep. I believe your problem lies within the headlamp delay module.
