IF I CYCLE THE KEY AFTER SETTING OVERNIGHT FUEL PRESSURE READS 10 PSI CRANK ,CRANK , NO START,CYCLE KEY AGAIN 50 PSI.IT STARTS FINE AFTER THAT.WHAT IS THE RUNNING PRESSURE SPEC,I READ 48 PSI JEEP RUNS FINE.

Fuel pressure should be 44.2-54.2 psi

SHOULD PRESSURE BE TO SPEC ON INITAL START,IS THIS A REGULATOR PROBLEM OR PUMP PRESSURE PROBLEM,I WILL REPLACE WITH COMPLETE PUMP MODULE

Pinch the return line the fuel pressure should double if not replace the fuel pressue regulator
