IF I CYCLE THE KEY AFTER SETTING OVERNIGHT FUEL PRESSURE READS 10 PSI CRANK, CRANK, NO START, CYCLE KEY AGAIN 50 PSI. IT STARTS FINE AFTER THAT. WHAT IS THE RUNNING PRESSURE SPEC, I READ 48 PSI JEEP RUNS FINE.

Fuel pressure should be 44.2-54.2 psi

SHOULD PRESSURE BE TO SPEC ON INITAL START, IS THIS A REGULATOR PROBLEM OR PUMP PRESSURE PROBLEM, I WILL REPLACE WITH COMPLETE PUMP MODULE

Pinch the return line the fuel pressure should double if not replace the fuel pressue regulator
