My jeep will crank the 1st time in the morning; then when you turn it off and try to start it again, nothing. Lights will come on but no cranking, dead.
After letting it sit for a couple of hours, it will crank.
The battery was checked and the cold crank amps were low so battery was replaced, but problem still happens.
Help?

Hello !
Could be a bad starter.
Could be that the "solenoid" gets "hot" and wont "engage" the starter.
Check the battery cable that goes directly to the starter be sure that is making a clean solid contact
if the connectors are good then remove the starter and bench test it.
