My Jeep Cherokee overheated and needed a new radiator, hoses, and coolant installed. I had everything replaced and two weeks later the car overheated again. Now the mechanic tells me the head gasket blew. He said the problem occured when the vehicle overheated the first time and had nothing to do with the new installation. Is this common or am I being duped?
