1998 Jeep Cherokee blown fuse

My cherokee keeps blowing the #11 fuse in the interior panel. When this happens, the car comes to a stop and will not start until the fuse is replaced. Did this twice in one day, then ot again for 4 days, then 4 times within an hour.

Must be a short or damaged wiring somewhere on that circuit. Check the fuse box legend to see what circuitry it is and then inspect the wiring and main components of circuit.
