1998 Jeep Cherokee blinker's not working

1998 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 135k miles

My blinker's just went out one day?? My husband checked the fuses and the blinker itself doesn't seem broke. My hazzards do not work either. We moved the sterring wheel thinking something could just be pinched but no such luck. Any help would be great!!

Check fuse no.12 10amp and fuse no. 19 15amp if both okay -have the turn/hazard switch tested thoroughly both circuits goes thru this switch -Good Luck
