I have a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limitied 5.9L V8.
The HVAC system recently stopped blowing. I checked the fuzes and replaced the blower motor with no luck. I noticed that when the lines under the hood start freezing up after a few minutes.
Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated

Either there is moisture in the system or a faulty expansion valve. If you have a sight glass check for frozen water dropplets, otherwise have your a/c checked at a shop. Most of the time it is a free diagnosis or a very small fee. If there is air/moisture in the system then more than likely the refrigerant will need to be filtered and the dryer will need to be replaced.
