1997 Jeep Idling Issue

My fiance' has a 1997, Jeep Cherokee, 6 cly. It idles very rough. Code indicated Cylinder 1 misifre. Replaced wires and plugs. Still idled rough. Then check engine light came on again. This time it was multiple cylider misfires. I just replaced the cap and rotor. This is still idling rough.

Any thing I have missed and bet there is a lot!

Hey Mfonner,
I'm assuming you have access to a scanner, do you have the ability to read "datastream" or is it just a code reader?

Some things that may be the cause would me a fuel system issue or faulty O2 sensor. Let me know!
