1996 Jeep Cherokee won't start

cranks but will not start. No spark. check engine light will not come on. Code reader will not communicate.
Fuel gauge does not work. Anti theft red light on dash is off. Installed new PCM but still no start and all symptons unchanged

Test power at the coil dark green and orange wire-No power there test the ASD relay-Relay okay test the cam and crankshaft sensors-

Fixed it. Replaced the crankshaft position sensor and everything came back on and it runs great. Apparantly when this sensor goes bad it shuts down the computer giving the impression that the computer is bad. How absurd that a company would build a engine that way. Good job Chrysler. Here, let me give you a few billion dolllars so you can continue to screw up.
