1) Tonight while delivering food, I pressed down on the brake pedal and heard a click, then a snap, and suddenly had to press down to the floorboard to make my jeep stop. Luckily, I got home safely, however, did not get to finish my work shift.
2) I am leaking power steering fluid from somewhere, but have not been able to locate the leak.
3) The overheating light has been coming on more and more despite having a brand new radiator and plenty of fluid.
Any advice?

See my profile, Most unfortunatly, I cannot be there to help you, unless you saw my profile, and are nearby.

Methodically go thru brake system, Master Cylinder, Each Wheel (open them up to see), Lines and hoses.

Look for EMPTY fluid, going somewhere!, Brake parts Broke or leaking at each wheel---leaks at hoses. The sound you heard is where I would start looking.A MANUAL would help you so much now!

Locate leak (steering)---you're on your own, wash all involved down with "Purple Power", Hard spray it off with water, let it dry, then make your search for the source of the leak.

Overheating? Check the following:

Lower radiator hose, old and "squishy"---being sucked flat by waterpump. Not drawing in proper amounts of water from radiator.

Thermostat BAD (not opening)/ or in backwards

Serpintine Belt mis-routed---turning waterpump backwards

Sensor to your light/ gauge bad.

Let me know whats happening!

Love, Turddog
