could it be i got a muffler and had a friend put it on if he put it on backward would that cause it to shut off
and something keeps draining my battery its not the
alternator i took it out and had it tested at autozone

Here are the directions for checking for an electrical draw. It will help you locate what is killing your battery.

The muffler could cause the problem. Remove it and see if it then has more power. It could also be the catylatic converter. Check it when the engine is hot and running to see if it is red hot.

Finally, has the check engine light on?
