First the heater blower would not work in low & medium. Now it blows the fuse I pulled the blower motor & it turns with a slite resistance.

Do I need to replace the switch & the blower motor?
Someone told me there is a seperate fuse for the lower settings

Welcome, I'd get at the blower motor connector. Dark green wire is voltage, black wire is ground. Use two jumper wires for voltage and ground, that way you bypass everything except the blower motor. Use a 30 amp inline fuse on the jumper. See if the blower will run without any problems? If it still blows the fuse, I suspect the blower motor is faulty.
