The pressure regulator shows to be part of fuel pump module assembly. Not serviceable separately, so says MOD. The regulator is mechanical, not controlled by vacuum or pcm. I saw one spec that said 47--51 psi. I also saw a service bulletin for diagnosing fuel pump, the bulletin listed the fuel pressure at 49 psi, plus or minus 5 psi. I'd want to look at the fuel trims, if it is adding, I'd want to know why? I'd hate to replace fuel pump module for 1 psi, but, that fuel mileage drop is a big issue.
