Noises problem
1996 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 112k miles

the sound of water rushing outside under the windshield on the passager sides - jeep also pulls to the right when the steering wheel is let loose when driving - can water be trapped between firewall and interior - when water flows off windshield how does it drain - can it accumulate somewhere below windshield? HELP

Most likely the sound of water rushing through the heater core.Were any hoses or any cooling system work done recently? If so you may need to restrict the water flow through the heater hoses to stop this,I have used a nut in the heater hose, up against the heater fitting so it cant turn sideways and totally block flow to keep this sound from happening.The exterior grill under the windshield has a drain to let the water out,I have never seen this cause an audible noise before
