My Jeep I just bought has no problems. But when I was on the freeway the other day, going 65 miles per hr., I hit a rough bump and the front end wombled for just a minute. And nothing has happened since. Tie rods all look good. What is it a wheel bearing?? or what??

thanks,
Stormy

You have a hub bearing in that vehicle. If it was bad, it is common to hear a whirling or humming sound. When you turn, the sound changes too.

Have you checked the idler arm, pitman arm...?
