1995 Jeep Cherokee noise from rear end of vehicle

I hear a clunk from the rear end of my jeep when I start it My transmission fluid is translucent but full does that mean it needs to get changed
and also when I turn the wheel left or right at slow speeds I hear a squeal and the wheel gets tighter.

Have you checked u-joints for the noise in the rear and front wheel bearing and brakes?
