how do you remove and replace a leaf spring bushing??

Are you refering to the one in the shackle?

no.not the shackle.the one at thr front of the rear leaf spring.do they press out?if so how can i do this without a press??

The rubber bushing in there will push out, but it won't be easy to get out. It will be rusted and corroded in place. Many times I have had to take a torch to the outside of the springt and heat it so it would expand enough to loosten the bushing.
