Electrical problem
1995 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive 86,000 miles

will not start, have 11 volts on wire at coil. No spark, checked with another one still no spark. Installed new crank sensor, checked relays and fuses all ok. Followed wire back to ecm continuity ok should it have any power from it? It was running fine, parked it overnight and would't start up next morn.A few weeks back I changed tps and another sensor on throddelbody, idle was slowly getting lower, and lower after change it was back to normal. Any advice would be apreaciated thank u.

Check for codes
with key on do you have check engine light on?
You should, if not check fuses and relays, wiring to the PCM
disconnect coil plug and check coil
coil connector have two wires one positive and one should pulse negative as cranking
