1995 Jeep Cherokee Brakes seize up when wet

When it rains or I go through the car wash - I have to tap the brakes for them not to seize up. Is there a way to fix this? Sometimes it can take a while for them to 'dry out'

I had this problem om my Jepp. Found out it was brake fluid that had contaiminated my bak brack shoes. Fuid had leaked from the brake cylynder. Hope that helps.
