instrument panel doesn't work tried checking plugs and I have voltage tried a few different panels.

Do you mean all gauges are inoperative or just lighting is inoperative? Have you checked fuse for the IP?

Yes i've checked all fuses. The gauges are not working and I have check the plug going to the back of the cluster it has voltage coming to it but the panels doesn't work changed panel a few times still nothing. Any ideas?
