Recently, when I turn my heater or wipers on quickly, all of the rest of the electrical system goes out (radio, headlights, etc.), But the car stays running. If I turn the car off and back on (maybe a few times) and ease into the heat, I can get all things to run as normal. The radio keeps it's time and stations programmed, so I'm don't believe it's the fuses. Please help. Thanks.

It sounds like either a ground problem or the ignition switch. Check for broken, rusted... body ground straps. Check under the jeep. I believe there is one that is attached to the trans that goes to the body that commonly goes bad. Check it out and let me know what you find.

You are right! It was the ignition switch. Thanks Joe!
