I OWN A 1995 JEEP CHEROKEE. YES SHE IS A LITTLE OLD, BUT SHE RUNS REALLY WELL FOR HER AGE. I HAVE ABOUT 117, OOO MILES ON HER. IT WAS RUNNING FINE, THEN ONE DAY I CAME OUT TO START IT UP TO GO TO WORK, AND IT MAKES THE USUAL NOISE THAT IT MAKES WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY, (THE CRANKING NOISE---IM NOT SURE HOW TO DESCRIBE IT) BUT IT JUST DOESNT START. SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THEY THOUGHT IT WAS THE STARTER, SO I TOOK IT TO AUTO ZONE AND HAD THE STARTER TESTED. THE STARTER IS FINE! SO I BOUGHT A STARTER RELAY AND SWITCHED THAT OUT, I ALSO PUT NEW CABLES ON RUNNING FROM THE BATTERY. THE LIGHTS AND EVERYTHING WORKS, AND ITS A NEW BATTERY. IT IS DEFINITELY GETTING JUICE FROM THE BATTERY. I CANT REALLY THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE TO CHECK. AFTER I GET OFF OF WORK TODAY IM GOING TO START PLAYING AROUND WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR CAP, AND POSSIBLY PUT A NEW ROTOR IN. I NEED SOME HELP HERE GUYS. IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE LET ME KNOW, I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT! FEEL FREE TO JUST GO AHEAD AND EMAIL ME DIRECTLY. THANKS ALOT
