1994 Jeep Cherokee Master Cylinder

I just replaced the master cylinder in my jeep. I believe it has anti-lock brakes. I attempted to bleed the system, but there is still no pedal and no pressure in the lines to apply the calipers and wheel cylinders. I did bench bleed the Master cylinder. What do I do?
