my windshield wipers have slowed down to a crawl or will not move at all. If I leave the swithch on, they might make one very slow pass or do nothing for a while and then make another slow pass. Makes no difference if they are turned on high, low, or intermittant. Wet or dry is the same. What causes this problem????
