i am looking into buying a 1993 jeep grand cherokee, the person i am buying it from claims the "computer" in it is out. i need to know what this means and what the price would be to fix the problem. thank you for your time

I would say that they believe that the ECU is faulty, now this is not the normal, often it is a system that is faulty, what is the fault code presented or what is the symptom of the suspected fault?o you know this?
