1990 Jeep Cherokee A/C and Heater fan just suddenly stopped

Before this repair gets out of hand, I want to check the blower relay fuse, but can not seem to locate it! Can you tell me where to look and/or how to identify it.

It's a 25amp fuse marked fuse #5
