I have a 1989 Jeep Cherokee 4WD and when I reach speeds around 40-45mph it starts to shake throughout the entire car. My first thought was driveshaft, but I just replaced a U-Joint and had the driveshaft balanced. So my next thought was that the tires need balancing and an alignment. What do you think?

It could be another u-joint, or what you said. Are the tires wearing good? Have you had the tires balanced yet?
