the transmission coolant line is leaking i was going to replace it with a piece of 3/8's hose, but it still has the origanial factory seals, is there any way to pop the seals with out messing anything up? ( had this problem before and split the metal line on a previous vehicle)

Hi there,

you will need to retain the clip and seal in the union at the transmission, or you will have no end of problems with it leaking. I would recommend you replace the pipe as a complete item and not use hose.
