1989 Jeep Cherokee No power to fuel pump

Fuel pump tested and working. Not getting power to fuel pump. What is the exact location of the fuse or circuit breaker to the fuel pump system? Any other ideas what the problem could be?

There is a power distribution box under the hood. THat is where you will find the fuel pump relay.
