1989 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

how would i go about getting to the switch in the dash to replace it. the way i see it when i look at the dash i have to take the whole dash out if you have any tips or help thank you

yes it is. its the one if you pull half way out park lite come on and all the way out is headlights.
