i have a hard pedal, checked the fluids and have bleed the brakes

yea .. i was hopin to not have to replace the booster since this one has the goofy setup of the booster located by the battery

Did you have vac. to it?---------stuff ain't usually too bad, once you get motivated and get started!!!
