1989 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My jeep wont idle what is the fuel pressure supposed to be? and will the on board diagnosic throw a code for a fuel pump

Pressure specifications are below depending on the type of fuel system your engine uses. Normally an engine code will not be thrown for a faulty fuel pump.
