1989 Jeep Cherokee Engine Noise

After accidentally adding too much power steering fluid (and correcting this) I now have a loud noise when the vehile is running. This noise seems to be coming from the front of the engine/belt/pulley area but I can't identify it. Anyone with any ideas please share...
