I have a 89 jeep cherokee 4x4, and one day i drove it to work which took 45min, and it drove fine. i come out after work and start it up and it starts squeeling from the motor, i come to see that my belt isnt even moving, only my crank shaft pulley is spinning and all other pulleys are frozen, while the belt is still connected, i have had a bit of a leak from my water pump, could ib be the water pump pulley that froze up? what could it be? keep in mind the jeep still starts right up.[img:889708904f]http://www.2carpros.com/forum/automotive_pictures/179102_Picture_017_1.jpg[/img:889708904f]

You need to pull the belts off and spin each pulley by hand feeling for a seized one or rough feeling bearings.

You might b4e able to if nothing interfers in routing. Somtimes when it does there are bypass bracket and pulley set ups available.
