1988 jeep cherokee front end vibration

front end vibrates badly around 55 mph. tires rotated and balanced. steering dampener changed. help!!!!!

What brand and part number of the dampner?
IT HAS to be the heavy duty one

All four tie rod checked for any play?

jeep has a tsb on this. they have updated front control arms with updated bushings in them. all the front control arms and bushings need to be replaced and an alignment performed.
