1988 Jeep Cherokee ether

My 88 jeep cherokee recently had ether sprayed into the intake just to clean it out, a puff of black smoke came out of tailpipe.I shut the engine off and cranked just fine.2 days later the jeep will not start.

Uhh, thats kinda hard to say whats wrong, youll have to check for fule pressure at the rail then check for spark on all cylinders.

Get back to me what your lacking and we shall continue.
