Motors of head restraint do work but cablles do not seem to be engaged, so headrests do not go up/down how do I gain acces to the motors to engage the cables again so they will work? Do I take the chairs out completely and find the motors in the seatings?10

Hello and thanks for the donation!

To gain access to your vehicle's front seat head restraint system you will indeed have to remove the entire front seat first. Once removed, reposition the front seat backrest hinge covers. Release the front seat backrest cover rear lower retaining clips. Remove the front seat backrest support panel. Release the front seat backrest cover retaining straps. Remove and DISCARD the hog rings. Reposition the front seat backrest cover. Release the front seat backrest cover internal retaining clips. You should now have access to the head restraint module. Installation is reverse of removal procedures.
