2000 Jaguar XK8 convertible top failure

2000 JAGUAR XK8

I was raising the top and it was slow. When it got to the top latch it stopped and I pulled it down. The roof latch went under the post latch.
I got the latches squared away but the top motor does not work nor will the rear windows go up.
I need some trouble shooting ideas. I have already check all fuses and relays.

start by checking the battery is good !
