THE BATTERY WAS LOW SO I CHARGED IT. NOW THE FRONT HEADLIGHTS COME ON WHEN I PRESS DOWN ON THE TURN SIGNAL SLIGHTLY, OR PRESS DOWN ALL THE WAY AS TO TURN LEFT, BUT IF I PUSH IT UP TO TURN RIGHT OR LEAVE IT IN THE HOME POSITION THE LIGHTS GO OUT. IS THIS A BAD SWITCH, IF SO HOW EXPENSIVE IS IT TO REPLACE, OR CAN I DO IT MYSELF.
