With the light switch in the full operating position,
head lamps(high and low beam), turn signals, the brake lights above the trunk and the hazard lights will not come on. All other lights come on, park and side lights and rear tail brake lights. I have checked all fuses, relays and bulbs. Do you have any suggestion to solve this problem?

I would check the ground wire to the rear sockets. A loss of ground will cause this, the reason the running lights work is becasue of a ground back feeding through brake circuit. To test you should have power at one wire with headlights on, one with turn signal on and the other wire is the ground. Check this out and get back to us.
