The oil pressure gauge at startup stands at normal, but as I drive it, gradually drops. When it gets to "0", the engine shuts off and the oil light comes on.Gas mileage is absolutely terrible at about 7MPG. I took it to my local mechanic (not Jag certified) and he told me there was gas leaking into the oil pan. Do you think this is the main problem? And how would you fix it? Thank you.
