My horns will not blow. I removed and bench tested them and they work. I removed the Momo button and checked power in the steering column and had 1 volt. I checked the horn button with ohm meter and had trouble making a connection . Is the button done or is it a lack of voltage or both?

have someone press the horn while you check for voltage at horn connectors ..
