1989 Jaguar XJS air conditioning switch

In the manual, it talks about a low pressure switch which cuts off the a/c automatically until reset by a mechanic. Does anyone know where this switch is so I can do this myself, or has anyone else experienced this problem? If you have, please contact me @ pongplaya014@aim. Com. Thank you

A/C COMPRESSOR INOPERATIVE
Defective compressor clutch. Defective super heat switch/thermal fuse. Defective heater coolant thermostat. Defective Ranco thermostat (or evaporator temperature switch). Blown Ranco thermostat in-line 10-amp fuse (in wiring next to thermostat in Brown/Yellow or Pink wire). Defective main relay or no electrical power to main relay.
